Eligibility Requirements: • Manufacturer should hold a valid API Monogram License for API 14L, API 14A, API 11D1 covering the offered products and the manufacturing facility, and each offered Well Completion Materials shall comply with API 14L, API 14A, API 11D1 latest edition and the item-specific PSL, PR level, material class, temperature class, design validation grade (V) and pressure rating stated in the Technical Specification. • Manufacturer should have overall 10 years’ experience of manufacturing Drilling & Workover Related Materials. • Tenderer should have 07(Seven) years’ experience of similar materials Supply and have 07(Seven) years proven sales record to IOC Internationally Reputed companies other than the Supplier Country of Origin and also submitted at least 03(Three) end-user certificate. • The minimum specific experience as Tenderer in Supply of similar Goods of at least 04 (Four) contracts successfully completed within the last 06 (Six) years out of which 03 (Three) must be in other than the country of origin, each with a value of at least BDT 488,00,000.00 (Four crore eighty-eight lakh) or USD 397,000.00 (Three lakh ninety-seven thousand)..
