Předmětem Veřejné zakázky je využití služeb Microsoft 365 E3/E5 (dále jen „M365“), který se skládá z Office 365 E3/E5 a Windows 11 Enterprise E3/E5 na uživatele (dále jen „SW“). Za účelem zajištění standardizace IT operačního prostředí a zajištění splnění podmínek pro nabývání licencí k příslušným počítačovým programům společnosti Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited se sídlem Atrium Building Block B, Carmenhall Road, Sandyford Industrial Estate, Dublin 18, Irsko (dále jen „Výrobce“) vyvstává u Zadavatele potřeba obnovit uživatelská oprávnění k softwarovým produktům společnosti Microsoft na další období. Předmětem Veřejné zakázky je obnovit Zadavateli nabytí uživatelských práv k SW Výrobce v programu Microsoft Products and Services Agreement (dále jen „MPSA“) dle přílohy zadávací dokumentace – Příloha č. 6 – Tabulka pro stanovení nabídkové ceny pro účely hodnocení veřejné zakázky, (dále jen „Licence“), přičemž Licence musí Zadavateli umožňovat upgradovat jím užívané počítačové systémy na platformě Windows a získávat licenční práva k SW, to vše prostřednictvím programu MPSA. Dodavatel je za tímto účelem povinen zajistit obnovu stávající multilicenční smlouvy MPSA č. 4100066909 - na poskytování užívacích práv k produktům společnosti Microsoft formou velkoobjemového licencování na další období od 1. 7. 2026 do 30. 6. 2027 včetně.
