Der Kreis Ahrweiler beabsichtigt, das Gewässerbett der Ahr im Gemeindegebiet Hönningen im Zuge einer Gewässerwiederherstellung partiell aufzuweiten sowie ökologisch aufzuwerten. Im Zuge dessen soll in dem Teilbauabschnitt ALT380 - Ortslage Liers (BA 03) der Hauptaushub zur Aufweitung des Gewässerabflussprofils durchgeführt werden sowie im Anschluss die ökologische Aufwertung des Gewässers sowie der Uferrandbereiche ausgeführt werden. Der BA03 befindet sich an der B257 auf Höhe der Brücke "Josef-Emmerich-Straße" (vgl. beiliegender Lageplan). Die Gesamtgewässerstrecke, welche baulich bearbeitet wird hat eine Länge von ca. 700 m. Leistungsbestandteil der Ausschreibung sind die nachfolgenden Inhalte: - Vorabtrag des Oberbodens einschl. Vegetationsschicht - Begleitung der Baumaßnahme durch einen Feuerwerker als Nachunternehmer des AN-Bau - Schichtenweiser Abtrag der an das Gewässer angrenzenden Ufer bzw. Vorlandbereiche - Entfernung etwaiger Hindernisse im Boden bei Erfordernis (Fundamente, alte Medien etc.) - Errichtung von Fahrgassen zur Durchführung der Erdarbeiten / Wasserbauarbeiten - Unterhaltung des Baustoff- bzw. Bodenlagers - sortenreine Trennung und Zwischenlagerung des Aushubs im Baufeld - Beprobung und Analytik der auf dem zentralen Bodenlager verorteten Haufwerke - Aufnahme und Abtransport der Haufwerke zu einer Verwertungsstelle - Dokumentation der Verwertung / Entsorgung - Profilierung der Uferbereiche - Partieller Einbau von Böschungs- bzw. Uferbefestigung
