Het contract met de ingeschreven ZZP-er wordt verzorgd door Haert B.V. . Het bureau verklaart met inschrijving van een beschikbare kandidaat dat het geen ZZP-er is.Achtergrond Veldhoven is flink in beweging. We maken een schaalsprong door ?n zitten midden in een transitie naar duurzame energie. En dat terwijl het elektriciteitsnet overvol is en de ruimte in onze gemeente beperkt is. Dit vraagt om creativiteit, oplossingsgerichtheid en daadkracht. Het samenbrengen van deze opgaven is uitdagend maar brengt ook kansen. Met een team van ongeveer 10 collega?s zetten we stappen op het gebied van de energietransitie. Dit doen we op basis van een uitvoeringsprogramma dat eind 2026 afloopt. Komende periode vernieuwen we ons energiebeleid. Om dit komende jaren in uitvoering te brengen, is ook een nieuw programma energietransitie nodig. We zoeken een ervaren programmaleider die de regie pakt op het huidige programma en de basis legt voor de opzet, inrichting en implementatie van een nieuw programma voor de komende jaren. Jouw missie Je ontwikkelt een programmaplan op basis van het bestaand en te ontwikkelen energiebeleid en vertaalt dit naar duidelijke projecten en opdrachten voor het team. Hiermee stel je de belangrijkste doelen voor de komende jaren vast, zorg je voor concrete vooruitgang en tijdige beslissingen, en houd je de organisatie duidelijk. Concrete resultaten Programmastructuur Ontwerp en implementatie van een governance- en organisatorisch programmamodel (in lijn met onze gemeentelijke programma aanpak). Heldere rol- en taakverdeling tussen projectleiders, beleidsmedewerkers, inhoudelijke experts, opdrachtgevers en andere betrokkenen. Programmaplan Uitgewerkt plan met doelstellingen, scope, fasering en mijlpalen. Vertaling van beleidskaders naar operationele projecten. Planning, budgetraming en risicobeheersing. Communicatie- en stakeholderstrategie, inclusief besluitvoorstellen voor gemeente, inwoners en externe partners. Monitoring van voortgang op doelen en resultaten.
