Als programmaondersteuner voor de RES NOB ga je op het programmabureau aan de slag met het regio brede programma om te werken aan een toekomstbestendig en duurzaam energiesysteem. Binnen de Regionale Energiestrategie (RES) Noordoost Brabant werken 10 gemeenten, provincie Noord-Brabant, waterschappen Aa en Maas en De Dommel, netbeheerder Enexis en maatschappelijke partners samen aan de energiestrategie. Met energiebesparing, het opwekken van duurzame energie en het gebruiken van duurzame warmtebronnen zijn we op weg naar een schone en gezonde regio waarin het prettig leven, wonen en werken is. Juist door samenwerking tussen maatschappelijke organisaties, inwoners, energieco?peraties, netbeheerders, bedrijfsleven en overheden zal het proces versneld worden. Door jouw communicatieve sterke houding zorg jij ervoor dat iedereen op de hoogte is van de planning, maar ook van alle belangrijke informatie en gegevens. Als programmaondersteuner heb jij een faciliterende en ondersteunende rol richting de programmasecretaris, het kernteam, het programmateam en de werkgroepen. Je zorgt voor structuur in alle informatie en gegevens. Je verzamelt, inventariseert en archiveert de gegevens. Door jouw inzet komt er inzicht in alle informatie die beschikbaar is die ook digitaal goed te vinden is in de SharePoint omgeving, als ook op het samenwerkdeel van onze website.Je zoekt van nature de verbinding op met alle deelnemende partijen van de RES, ook met externe partijen. Met jou worden er afspraken, overleggen en bijeenkomsten gefaciliteerd en gepland en vindt er co?rdinatie plaats op de informatiestroom. Ook heb je een belangrijke rol in het voorbereiden van vergaderingen en na een vergadering ga jij aan de slag met de verslaglegging en bewaak je de follow-up! Waar kom je te werken? Je thuisbasis is het programmabureau van de RES-regio. Daar werk je samen met de regioco?rdinator, programmasecretaris, communicatieadviseur en co?rdinator warmte. Je werkt voornamelijk remote. Eens per twee weken kom je samen met je collega?s van het programmabureau in ?s-Hertogenbosch. Ook zijn de meeste overleggen en bijeenkomsten op locatie in Noordoost Brabant.Deze opdracht is niet mogelijk als ZZP'er.
