Documents to be attached to the EOI: a) A company registration certificate as evidence of legal registration in the country of incorporation and eligibility to provide consulting services in accordance with the laws of that country. b) In the case of a Joint Venture, the EOI must include a Letter of Intent to form the association (signed by all members) or the formal Joint Venture Agreement. c) A certificate or letter from the Clients confirming contract completion or percentage of completion for the referenced projects shall be made available and submitted to the Client upon request, if required during the evaluation process. d) Copies of ISO certificates. 2. Other notes: • In case of an association, the Consultants must explain in the EOI submission (a) the rationale for forming the association and (b) the anticipated role and relevant qualifications of each member of the Joint Venture and/or of each sub-consultant for carrying out the assignment, to justify the proposed inclusion of the JV members and/or sub- consultants in the association.
