De gemeente Amstelveen voert sinds 2025 de Tijdelijke Regeling Alleenverdienersproblematiek (TRA) uit. Deze regeling is bedoeld voor huishoudens waarin ??n partner het inkomen verdient en die ? door een samenloop van fiscale en sociale regelingen ? onder het bestaansminimum uitkomen. De TRA voorziet in een jaarlijkse tegemoetkoming van ?1.000, toe te kennen door gemeenten op basis van gegevens van de Belastingdienst en/of zelfmeldingen. Voor de tijdelijke uitvoering van deze regeling in 2025 een projectadviseur ingezet. De inzet is projectmatig van aard en vindt plaats buiten de reguliere organisatie inrichting. Als projectadviseur draag je bij aan een zorgvuldige en doelgerichte uitvoering van de Tijdelijke Regeling Alleenverdienersproblematiek (TRA). Je ondersteunt de gemeente bij het identificeren van rechthebbenden, het beoordelen van hun situatie en het opstellen van beschikkingen.? De werkzaamheden zijn tijdelijk en projectmatig van aard; ? De opdrachtnemer maakt geen deel uit van de gemeentelijke organisatie; ? De opdracht eindigt na 6 maanden.Resultaatgebieden:? Je benadert zelfstandig huishoudens op basis van gegevens van de Belastingdienst en/of zelfmeldingen; ? Je verzamelt en beoordeelt inkomens- en vermogensgegevens; ? Je toetst situaties aan de TRA, Participatiewet, Awb, Toeslagenwet en Inkomstenbelasting; ? Je stelt beschikkingen en rapportages op; ? Je signaleert knelpunten en doet verbetervoorstellen; ? Je stemt af met externe partners zoals schuldhulpverlening en juridische afdelingen; ? Je levert alle resultaten zelfstandig en binnen de afgesproken termijn.De verlengingsopties in deze opdracht vallen onder de herzieningsclausule van de Aanbestedingswet. Het betreft een mogelijkheid, geen recht.
