Opdrachtgever: Omgevingsdienst Flevoland & Gooi en Vechtstreek
Wij zijn op zoek naar een Projectleider/Adviseur die de volgende zaken voor ons gaat afronden en zich richt op de volgende onderwerpen:Mandaten GR en DVO doorlichten en aanpassenProjectleider project indirecte lozingenOndersteunen van de klachtenfunctionarissen tbv bejegeningsklachtenDe opdracht is voor maximaal 160 uur te verdelen over 2026. Hierna is het project afgerond.Wie zijn wij: De Omgevingsdienst Flevoland & Gooi en Vechtstreek (OFGV) is in 2013 opgericht. Ons doel: een robuuste uitvoeringsorganisatie die adequaat de omgevingstaken op het gebied van vergunningverlening, toezicht en handhaving uitvoert voor alle deelnemende partijen. Door bundeling van ervaring en een grote diversiteit aan kennis bij de OFGV verbetert de kwaliteit en de integraliteit van de uitvoering van deze taken. De OFGV is verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van het werk, maar de deelnemende partijen blijven bevoegd gezag en daarmee bestuurlijk verantwoordelijk.WerkzaamhedenDe werkzaamheden van de OFGV hebben veelal betrekking op de uitvoerende milieutaken van gemeenten en provincies. Denk daarbij aan het houden van toezicht op naleving van wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van natuur, geluid, luchtkwaliteit, bodemsanering, luchtvaart, asbest, vuurwerk, zwemwater, Wabo en het omgevingsrecht. Ook kan er handhavend worden opgetreden. Hierbij wordt regelmatig samengewerkt met ketenpartners als de Nederlandse Voedsel en Warenautoriteit (NVWA), politie, brandweer, waterschappen, Inspectie Leefomgeving en Transport (ILT) en het Openbaar Ministerie (OM).Naast het houden van toezicht heeft de OFGV diverse specialisten in dienst die adviseren over bovengenoemde terreinen aan onze opdrachtgevers, bedrijven of inwoners. Daarnaast worden er door de OFGV vergunningen afgegeven. Het gaat dan veelal om omgevingsvergunningen op het gebied van milieu(veiligheid), bodem en infrastructuur.OrganisatieBij de OFGV werken ongeveer 200 mensen.
