Als projectleider civiel zorg je er voor dat de belangen van alle stakeholders geborgd worden. Daarbij geef je leiding aan projectteams met werkvoorbereiders, adviseurs en toezichthouders. Dat doe je op een gedreven, coachende manier, zodat een team ontstaat dat voor het beste resultaat gaat. De diversiteit aan projecten is groot, waarbij in deze functie het zwaartepunt op projecten in de civiele techniek ligt. Of het nu gaat om een grootschalig onderhoudsproject aan riolering en/of wegen, een herinrichting of nieuwe aanleg van de openbare ruimte, jij pakt hierin de leiding en zorgt dat alle belangen geborgd worden. Wat ga je zoal doen als Projectleider? Integrale projecten met civiele techniek als zwaartepunt;Je geeft leiding en bent verantwoordelijk voor alle fases van de projecten;Binnen de projecten draag je zorg voor de voortgang, borging kwaliteit, beheersing risico?s, goede communicatie en bewaking budget.Je werkt hierin nauw samen met zowel interne- als externe stakeholders; Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie richting de interne opdrachtgever. Je gaat je onder ander bezighouden met de volgende projecten: OnderhoudsprojectenHerinrichtingsprojectenKlimaatbestendigheid Na gunning van de opdracht dient de gegunde partij een recente VOG aan te bieden
