Om dit verder te versterken, zoeken wij een projectleider financi?n die als aanjager en verbinder bijdraagt aan de transitie naar een meer gedigitaliseerde werkomgeving. De uitdaging Als projectleider financi?n geef je leiding aan de implementatie van een nieuw financieel pakket binnen het financi?le domein. Je zorgt voor een soepele aanbesteding en invoering, waarbij je rekening houdt met procesoptimalisatie (financi?le processen), datamigratie en de integratie met andere systemen. Dit draagt bij aan effici?ntere financi?le processen en een verbeterde dienstverlening. Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor de volgende doelen: Voorbereiding aanbesteding: Je co?rdineert de voorbereidingen voor de aanbesteding van een nieuw financieel systeem. Je draagt zorg voor de vertaling van de eisen en wensen van alle betrokken partijen naar een duidelijke aanbesteding en onderzoekt moderne, toekomst vaste innovatieve oplossingen. Het einddoel is een effici?ntere dienstverlening rekening houdend met de eisen op het gebied van dienstverlening, bedrijfsvoering, onderhoud en beheer.Uitvoering van de aanbesteding: Je leidt het aanbestedingsproces, waarbij je een transparant proces waarborgt en rekening houdt met de technische en menselijke kant van de transitie.Implementatie van het systeem: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van het nieuwe systeem, begeleidt de teams in het adoptieproces en ondersteunt hen bij veranderingen in werkprocessen.
