Over de Gemeente Waalwijk De gemeente Waalwijk is volop in ontwikkeling en werkt aan uitdagende projecten op het gebied van duurzaamheid, mobiliteit, stedelijke groei en economische ontwikkeling. Om deze ambities te verwezenlijken, zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Projectleider Gebiedsontwikkeling. Dit betreft een opdracht van ??n jaar, met de mogelijkheid tot verlenging van twee jaar. De Uitdaging Als projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van complexe gebiedsontwikkelingsprojecten. Denk hierbij aan de ontwikkeling van een duurzame haven, bedrijventerreinen, woningbouw en tijdelijke huisvesting voor specifieke doelgroepen. Je opereert zelfstandig en zorgt voor strategische advisering, planning, uitvoering en stakeholdermanagement. Voor met name de ontwikkeling van de bedrijventerreinen staat de brede welvaart gedachte centraal. Voorbeelden van projecten projectleiding ontwikkeling duurzame Insteekhaven Taken: projectleiding: Co?rdineren van planning, financi?n en verkoop van gronden. Afstemmen van duurzaamheidseisen. projectleiding ontwikkelingen diverse bedrijventerreinen Taken: Begeleiden van het planologische proces, grondverkoop en terreinontwikkeling op basis van brede welvaart gedachte. projectleiding: ontwikkeling diverse huisvestingslocaties voor tijdelijke doelgroepen als starters, spoedzoekers, vluchtelingen en internationale medewerkers.Taken: Begeleiden van het planologische proces, grond aan- verkoop en terreinontwikkeling projectleiding diverse woningbouwlocaties van 2 tot 100 woningentaken: Begeleiden van het planologische proces, terreinontwikkeling. Taken en Verantwoordelijkheden Je stelt een projectplan op en regelt de aanbesteding van werken/diensten. Legt afspraken vast in intentie-, samenwerking of anterieure overkomsten; Je stuurt het projectteam aan, maakt rapportages over voortgang, budgetten en beslismomenten. Je zorgt dat het project goed loopt en hebt daarbij oog voor samenwerking met partners en (burger)participatie; Je stuurt duidelijk op resultaten en evalueert tussendoor en aan het einde van het project
