In 2024 is binnen het taakveld vastgoed van de gemeente Schagen gestart met het project ?Grip op vastgoed? met als belangrijkste aandachtpunten de invoering van een nieuw vastgoedbeheersysteem en ontwikkeling van vastgoedbeleid. Het vastgoedbeleid ligt inmiddels ter goedkeuring voor aan de raad. De behandeling hiervan vindt plaats in november en december van dit jaar. Om aan dit beleid in de uitvoering te voldoen moet de vastgoed administratie op orde zijn, zowel contractueel als financieel. Het inrichten van deze administratie vraagt verdere aandacht. Daarnaast is door het project 'Grip op vastgoed? een doorontwikkeling van het taakveld in gang gezet. Deze dient voorgezet te worden omdat dit anders afbreukrisico's geeft op bijvoorbeeld de integrale opgave maatschappelijke vastgoed (expertise voor accommodatie- en subsidiebeleid en de invoering van de kostprijs dekkende huur). De volgende werkzaamheden dienen uitgevoerd te worden: - vervolg implementatie (o.a. migratie van huidig vastgoedbeheersysteem HTA) van het nieuwe systeem (VBS online) (incl. testen en nazorg) - afronden traject opstellen uitvoeringsregels vastgoedbeleid - voorbereiding implementatie kostprijs dekkende huur en invlechten in het subsidie- en accommodatiebeleid - uitwerken en implementatie meerjarenperspectief vastgoed (MPV) - als projectleider optreden voor de routekaart verduurzaming gemeentelijk vastgoed - opstellen beheerplan gemeentelijk vastgoed - als projectleider optreden richting het op te stellen pachtbeleid.
