Achtergrond De Gemeente Oss maakt al jarenlang gebruik van ondersteunende software binnen Toezicht en Handhaving voor het opstellen van boetes en het registreren van meldingen. Dit omvat Mulderbeschikkingen, strafbeschikkingen en naheffingsaanslagen voor betaald parkeren. In 2023 is de handhaving op afvalovertredingen uitgebreid met bestuurlijke boetes. Voor de aanbesteding en implementatie van een nieuwe applicatie ? waarvoor de basis-eisen zijn vastgesteld ? zoeken wij nu een tijdelijke projectleider. Opdrachtomschrijving Als projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige inkoopproces en de implementatie van een nieuwe applicatie binnen Toezicht en Handhaving van de Gemeente Oss. Dit omvat: Organisatie van het inkooptraject, naar verwachting via een Europese aanbesteding. Implementatie van de applicatie in de werkomgeving en op mobiele devices. Aansluiting op verbeterde werkprocessen, met werkende koppelingen en integratie. Opstellen van projectdocumenten, zoals projectbrief, contract, voortgangsrapportages inclusief risicoanalyses en een projectevaluatie. Resultaten De op te leveren resultaten omvatten: Een contract conform gemeentelijke voorwaarden. Een Service Level Agreement (SLA) en beheerafspraken. Een geaccepteerde applicatie met correcte koppelingen. Volledige integratie in de vernieuwde procesbeschrijvingen. Voertaal: De communicatie en samenwerking binnen de opdracht verlopen in het Nederlands, conform gemeentelijk gebruik. Offertes en cv?s: Alle inschrijvingen, inclusief offertes en cv?s, dienen in het Nederlands te worden ingediend om transparantie en gelijke behandeling in de aanbestedingsprocedure te waarborgen.Wet DBA: Alle inschrijvers, inclusief ZZP'ers, worden in overweging genomen. Indien een opdracht aan een ZZP'er wordt gegund, zullen de afspraken worden gemaakt in overeenstemming met de Wet DBA.
