Voor de functie van projectleider herontwikkeling winkelcentrum Schooten Plaza zoeken we iemand die het traject van herontwikkeling in goede banen leidt en fungeert als verbindende schakel tussen alle betrokken partijen. De projectleider is verantwoordelijk voor het co?rdineren van het proces, zowel intern binnen de organisatie als extern met partners zoals de kopgroep en de gemeente. In deze rol stel je samen met de betrokkenen een Plan van Aanpak op voor de volgende fase van het project, zorg je voor afstemming met bestuurders en onderhoud je contact met wethouders. Daarnaast draag je zorg voor de voorbereiding en uitvoering van bestuurlijke communicatie en bijeenkomsten, zoals raadsinformatiebrieven en informatieve avonden. Het is belangrijk dat de projectleider overzicht houdt, zorgt voor een goede samenwerking en tijdig de juiste informatie aanlevert om bestuurlijke besluitvorming te ondersteunen.Concreet ga je aan de slag met:Begeleiding van de kopgroep Schooten Plaza Intern projectleiderschap in traject winkelcentrum Schooten Plaza Afstemming en overleg met de betrokken wethouders Voorbereiden en opstellen van de bestuurlijke communicatie en bijeenkomsten, zoals een RIB en een eventuele beeldvormende avondNa gunning van de opdracht dient de gegunde partij een recente VOG aan te bieden. Na zorgvuldige afweging achten wij deze opdracht niet geschikt voor een zelfstandige/zzp-er. Wij willen zelfstandigen vragen om zich te laten inschrijven bij een bureau ?n zich in loondienst te laten voorstellen op deze opdracht, mochten zij hiervoor in aanmerking willen komen.
