De afgelopen jaren heeft de gemeente ?s-Hertogenbosch grote stappen gezet in het kader van de door de raad vastgestelde verkeersstructuur 2030 (2024 vastgesteld). Zo zijn een selectief toegangssysteem en zero emissie zones ingevoerd en zetten we de eerste knip in de Kanaalboulevard. We gaan hier de komende bestuursperiode nog meer stappen in zetten. In de komende bestuursperiode gaan we aan de slag met de opdracht om onder meer de knips op de Oranjeboulevard en de Zuidwal te realiseren. En we onderzoeken de mogelijkheden voor het verder uitrollen van de zero emissie zones (ZE) in de binnenstad. We beogen de realisatie en ingebruikname van deze plannen uiterlijk in 2028. De realisatie van deze ingrepen gebeuren vanuit het team mobiliteit van de afdeling Leefomgeving in de sector Stadsontwikkeling. Verkeerskundige ingrepen van deze omvang doen we in verbinding met inwoners, instellingen en ondernemers en met de juiste personen binnen de gemeentelijke organisatie. We helpen initiatieven en plannen verder te brengen naar concrete acties die bijdragen aan de mobiliteitsdoelstellingen van de gemeente. De basis hiervoor vormt de Verkeersstructuur 2030 ?s-Hertogenbosch. Bij de realisatie van de knip hebben we oog voor zowel de belangen van de gemeente als de initiatiefnemers. We zijn altijd op zoek naar verbinding en nemen hierin zoveel mogelijk een neutrale positie in. We doen dit in afstemming met de bestaande netwerken in de gemeente en werken hierbij vanzelfsprekend samen. Afstemming over de opdracht vindt maandelijks plaats met beleidsmedewerkers, verkeerskundigen en teamleider binnen het team Mobiliteit van de afdeling Leefomgeving van de sector Stadsontwikkeling.Op te leveren producten: Uitvoeringsplan t.b.v. het realiseren van de knips in de binnenstadsring. Plan opleveren voor eind 2026. Fysieke realisatie knips in 2027/2028Adviesrapport en uitvoeringsplan t.b.v. de verdere uitrol van de zero emissiezones in de binnenstad. Adviesrapport en uitvoeringsplan opleveren voor eind 2026. Fysieke realisatie uitbreiding zero emissiezones in 2027/2028.
