Als projectleider Landschapsprojecten ga je voortvarend en resultaatgericht aan de slag met drie (groepen van) landschapsprojecten in de gemeente Westerkwartier. Je bekijkt eerst wat de stand van zaken is in de projecten samen met je projectgroep. Je neemt meteen de urgente en belangrijke acties die nu nodig zijn en parallel daaraan maak je in je eerst drie weken een plan van aanpak om rust, duidelijkheid en overzicht te cre?ren voor het vervolg. Je zorgt ervoor dat in het plan van aanpak een duidelijke planning is opgenomen, de doelen zijn benoemd, de projectgroep is bepaald in overleg met de lijnorganisatie en welke inhuur aanvullend eventueel nodig is. Je gaat in op de communicatie en participatie en op de financi?n. Dit plan van aanpak bespreek je met je ambtelijk opdrachtgever en de portefeuillehouder. De drie projecten betreffen: Bomenproject ?een boom voor elke inwoner?. De opgave in dit project is het planten van 65.000 bomen in de periode tot medio 2026. Inmiddels staat de teller op circa 25.000 bomen. In dit project moeten lopende initiatieven worden doorgezet en nieuwe initiatieven/ locaties worden voorbereid. Belangrijk is om de inwoners er goed bij te betrekken en tegelijkertijd voor snelheid te zorgen om het doel te kunnen behalen. NPG projecten (Nationaal Programma Groningen). Gastvrij Middag Humsterland. Deze projecten betreffen voornamelijk:Het realiseren van Toeristische opstappunten (TOP's) in 4 dorpen, Groenstructuren en een hoogholtje in Ezinge Inrichting tuin Wierdenlandmuseum Branding en informatievoorziening w.o. monumentenweekend. Tennet / landschapscompensatie projecten Dit betreffen voornamelijk: Garnwerd: Dorpsentree i.s.m. Landschapsbeheer (plan+uitvoering) en begraafplaats. Aduard: ?Park 825?: vergroening park en ommetje. Daarnaast project ?Aduard De Lindt? Feerwerd: diverse wensen waaronder een ommetje realiseren. Ezinge. Nader te bepalen. Den Horn. Nader te bepalen. Thema Beplanting: Erven project in Middag Humsterland.
