Periode: 6 maanden, met optie tot verlenging van 2 ? 6 maanden Functie: Projectleider Omgevingsplan Context en huidige stand van zaken: De gemeente bevindt zich midden in de transitie naar het Omgevingsplan. Het transitieplan is vastgesteld door de gemeenteraad. Een werkgroep is actief bezig met het opstellen en testen van een eerste deel-omgevingsplan. De regelbibliotheek en procedure voor een eerste deelgebied zijn nagenoeg gereed. Daarnaast functioneren de koppelingen tussen het Digitaal Stelsel Omgevingswet (DSO) en de gemeentelijke programmatuur. Opdrachtomschrijving: De projectleider Omgevingsplan is verantwoordelijk voor de co?rdinatie en implementatie van het omgevingsplan binnen de ambtelijke en bestuurlijke organisatie. De werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Bijwonen van regionale overleggen met betrekking tot het omgevingsplan. Wekelijks overleg met de interne werkgroep. Intensieve samenwerking met en kennisoverdracht aan de werkgroep. Aansturing en uitvoering van de implementatie van het omgevingsplan. Planning en resultaatverantwoordelijkheid: De projectleider is verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van de volgende mijlpalen: Eind 2025: Oplevering concept nota van uitgangspunten met gebiedsverhalen voor het verhuisgebied "kernen" ter vaststelling door college en raad. Juni 2026: Voltooid participatietraject op basis van de conceptnota uit stap 1. December 2026: Vaststelling van de definitieve nota van uitgangspunten, inclusief vormvrije milieueffectrapportage (MER) en ontwerpregeling voor het verhuisgebied "kernen" door college en raad. Oktober 2026: Oplevering concept nota van uitgangspunten met gebiedsverhalen voor het verhuisgebied "stad Schagen" ter vaststelling door college en raad. Gewenste startdatum: Zo spoedig mogelijk in overleg.
