Waterschap Noorderzijlvest zorgt in een groot deel van Groningen, in Noord- en Midden-Drenthe en in een stukje Friesland voor veilig leven met water, schoon water, gezuiverd water en voldoende water in elk seizoen. Voor onze 300 medewerkers gaat een gezonde en toekomstbestendige leef-, woon- en werkomgeving van de ongeveer 383.000 inwoners in ons gebied boven alles. Dit vraagt om gedreven professionals die uitblinken in hun eigen vakgebied en passie.Voor het project onderhoudslegger zoeken we een projectleider voor 16 uur per week.Door het bestuur van Waterschap Noorderzijlvest is afgesproken dat het huis op orde moet worden gebracht voor wat betreft onze eigendommen. Waterschap Noorderzijlvest werkt hier al een aantal jaren aan. Voor de onderhoudslegger is in samenwerking met het projectteam en betrokken stakeholders een pilotgebied ingericht. Nu moet dit project verder worden uitgerold. Je stuurt een intern projectteam aan, zorgt voor de juiste draagvlak intern en extern en zorgt dat dit verder wordt gepland en de ervaringen vanuit het pilotgebied als een succes wordt meegenomen. Ook zorg je dat alles goed wordt vastgelegd en uiteindelijk als juridische basis kan dienen voor de Onderhoudslegger. Je zorgt voor een goede projectbeheersing op tijd, geld en risico?s en rapporteert aan de interne opdrachtgever over de voortgang van je projecten. Je overlegt met bestuurders van het waterschap en andere partijen zoals gemeenten en burgers en bent daar verbindend in. Daarnaast kun je ingezet worden op andere werkzaamheden.
