Landbouwtransitie vraagt om moeilijke keuzes van agrarische ondernemers. In Brabant geloven we dat een doordachte keuze aan de keukentafel voor de boer als maatschappij het meeste oplevert. Als provincie Noord-Brabant maken we het verschil aan de agrarische keukentafel. De teams waaruit we dit werk doen gaan intensiever met elkaar samenwerken en zo effectief opereren. De plannen zijn uitgewerkt en in gang gezet en moeten verder geimplementeerd worden. Jij stuurt op het vormgeven van de volgende fase. De vier projecten zijn: -VAB-impuls -Aanpak Piekbelasting -Ondersteuningsnetwerken -Coaching van natuurinclusieve en biologische landbouw In deze teams werken 25 collega?s en een schil van zelfstandige professionals. Er wordt steeds meer gewerkt vanuit een frontoffice van zaakbegeleiders, procesmanagers, coaches en deskundigen en een backoffice met daarin een communicatieadviseur, ondersteunend zaakbegeleiders, een projectondersteuner en een regisseur kwaliteit & ontwikkeling. In een tactisch/strategisch overleg komt casu?stiek en praktijk aan de orde terwijl in het kernteam de samenhang en organisatorische maatregelen worden uitgezet en bewaakt. Je werkt in deze functie in de rol van projectleider concreet aan: -de verdere ontwikkeling van het team; -de identiteit, positionering en herkenbaarheid van het team, haar interne en externe dienstverlening en de communicatie; -capaciteitsplanning, beheersmaatregelen, AVG en uit te voeren audits; -kennisdeling en kwaliteitsbevordering; -borging van onafhankelijke positie van de teamleden binnen de provinciale organisatie; -afstemming van de aanpak van het team met de inhoudelijk verantwoordelijken,vanuit provinciale programma?s, stakeholders en samenwerkingspartners; -de sturing op en bewaking van de gezamenlijk vastgestelde doelen en prioriteiten binnen de randvoorwaarden (tijd, geld en middelen).
