Als ervaren projectleider openbaar gebied organiseer en co?rdineer je het totale proces, van initiatief tot en met nazorg, van meerdere omvangrijke, multidisciplinaire en/of complexe projecten binnen de Openbare Ruimte. Denk daarbij bijvoorbeeld aan rioolrenovaties en reconstructies van woonstraten of groenvoorzieningen. De projecten binnen deze opdracht bevinden zich voornamelijk in de ontwerp- en voorbereidingsfase.Resultaatafspraken functie- Binnen 6 maanden opstellen van technische kaders voor de inrichting van de openbare ruimte.- En binnen 6 maanden zorgen voor een inkoopstrategie en de contractvoorbereiding.- Maandelijks opstellen van een voortgangsrapportage van de projecten.- Maandelijks leveren van teksten over de projecten ten behoeve van de website.- Maandelijks bijgewerkte financi?le projectadministratie en planning.
