In de afgelopen 3 jaar hebben we hard gewerkt aan de opvang van Oekra?ense vluchtelingen en statushouders. Met de 400 opvangplekken die we binnen de gemeente Waalwijk hebben, voldoen we aan onze verplichtingen. Onze opvanglocaties kennen een hoge standaard en daar zijn we (gepast) trots op. We zijn op zoek naar een gedreven projectleider voor de opvang van Oekra?ense vluchtelingen en statushouders. Je draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor de 16 locaties in de gemeente. Je bent aanspreekpunt van onze opvang binnen en buiten de organisatie. Zowel bestuurders, (regio-)collega?s, bewoners als omwonenden van de opvanglocatie kloppen bij je aan met vragen. Samen met een aantal ervaren en enthousiaste collega?s beantwoord je de vragen en zorg je voor verbinding. De projectleider houdt zich ook bezig met beleidsvorming en -ontwikkeling als het gaat om de opvang van Oekra?ense vluchtelingen, statushouders en asielzoekers. Je adviseert de portefeuillehouder en het college op deze onderwerpen. Dit doe je in goed overleg met de collega?s in de regio Hart van Brabant. Je draagt zorg voor bestuurlijke besluitvorming en communicatie naar de gemeenteraad waar nodig. De opvang van Oekra?ense vluchtelingen en statushouders is een majeur project: er gaat veel (belasting)geld in om en dat moet rechtmatig besteed worden. Hier weet je je verantwoordelijk voor. De werkzaamheden die hieruit voortvloeien neem je op je.
