Ben jij een projectleider en heb je ervaring met het Rijksvaccinatieprogramma? Dan komen we graag met jou in contact. Als projectleider zorg je ervoor dat de RS-immunisatie wordt voorbereid in de regio Zaanstreek-Waterland. De implementatie van de RS immunisatie moet nog bijna volledig worden uitgewerkt en de tijdsdruk is hoog. Er is een werkgroep opgericht die alle werkzaamheden in kaart heeft gebracht en deels al voorbereidende werkzaamheden heeft uitgevoerd. De RS immunisatie gaan we geven tijdens een inhaalronde voor de zomerbaby?s in september, en per 1 oktober bij het twee weken huisbezoek van de verpleegkundige. De RS immunisatie goed uitvoeren zal grote gezondheidswinst geven. De implementatie is een mooi afgebakend project dat geheel in 2025 kan worden uitgevoerd. Het voornaamste doel van de opdracht is om samen met de werkgroep, waarin inhoudelijke collega?s en teamleiders participeren, de RS immunisatie te implementeren. Jij weet draagvlak te cre?ren, draagt bij aan een goede samenwerking, en kan daadkrachtig de benodigde werkzaamheden verzetten en delegeren. Je kan goed prioriteren en hoofd- en bijzaken onderscheiden. Jij bent besluitvaardig en weet daarmee structuur aan te brengen. Jij werkt graag planmatig en bent organisatorisch sterk, juist wanneer zaken nog niet vastliggen. Als projectleider van het RS-project co?rdineer je de werkgroep en bewaak je het implementatie-proces. Taken van de projectleider Jeugd Voorbereiden en Implementeren RS-immunisatie.Draagt gezamenlijke verantwoordelijkheid met de werkgroep en de betrokken managers, en zorgt voor de invoering van de RS-immunisatie. Weten wat er in het veld speelt en de kunst verstaan de medewerkers te laten meedenken/meehelpen in het verbeterproject. Goed projectmanagement en contracteren van de opdrachten.Nauwe samenwerking met de teamleiders, inhoudelijke collega?s en relevante onderdelen van bedrijfsvoering.
