Bij de inwerkingtreding van de Omgevingswet bestaat het omgevingsplan uit alle bestemmingsplannen ?n een verzameling regels die zijn overgedragen vanuit het Rijk. Dit heet de bruidsschat. De komende jaren wordt het omgevingsplan stap voor stap herzien. Dit leidt uiteindelijk tot een omgevingsplan dat volledig voldoet aan de eisen van de Omgevingswet. Daarom heeft de gemeente Waalwijk een Transitieplan Omgevingsplan vastgesteld. Dit transitieplan is een soort spoorboekje: het helpt ons om de komende jaren stap voor stap naar ??n volledig omgevingsplan toe te werken.Om uitvoering te geven aan dit transitieplan zijn we opzoek naar een projectleider. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van het Transitieplan Omgevingsplan voor de gemeente Waalwijk. Je bewaakt de samenhang en voortgang van dit proces en bepaalt de marsroute bij de transitie volgens het vastgestelde plan van aanpak in het transitieplan. Je stuurt op prioritering binnen het team en neemt de rest van de organisatie mee in deze veranderingen. Als projectleider ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: Het leveren van inhoudelijke bijdragen op onderdelen van het omgevingsplan. Het aansturen en begeleiden van de betrokken medewerkers tijdens de transitie naar ??n omgevingsplan. Het bewaken van de samenhang en voortgang. Het aansturen en inrichten van het regieteam. Het opstellen van een projectmatige aanpak voor de wijziging van het omgevingsplan tijdens het doorlopen van de eerste wijziging. Co?rdineren van interne en externe afstemming over de omgevingsplanregels. Co?rdineren van de interne beleidsafstemming tot het juridische eindproduct dat voldoet aan de eisen van het DSO. De verbinding tussen verschillende gemeentelijke disciplines en externe partijen (ketenpartners). Het opstellen van een communicatieplan. Voorbereiden en opstellen van bestuurlijke besluitvorming en afstemming waar nodig. Bewaken van planning, financi?n, kwaliteit en risico?s en adviseren over maatregelen om deze risico?s te verkleinen.
