Waalwijk heeft ruim 80 gebouwen in eigendom en beheer. Vari?rend van het stadhuis, de gemeentewerf, brandweerkazernes, gymzalen en sporthallen, opstallen begraafplaatsen, buurthuizen tot een paar woningen. Het planmatig onderhoud is gebaseerd op de Meer Jaren Onderhoudsplanningen. De verdere verduurzaming van het maatschappelijk vastgoed is een uitdaging voor de komende jaren.Bij de opdracht projectleider verduurzaming gemeentelijk vastgoed horen de volgende taken: Je adviseert over, en geeft mede vorm en inhoud aan, de gekozen uitvoeringsstrategie?n in verduurzamingsprojecten op het gebied van vastgoedbeheer en -exploitatie binnen de taakvelden sport en cultuur; Je stelt business-cases op om de (financi?le) haalbaarheid te bepalen en bespreekt deze met de betreffende budgethouders en, in verband met cofinanciering ook met de gebruiker van de betreffend locatie;Je stelt programma's van eisen, werkomschrijvingen en aannemingsovereenkomsten op ten aanzien van de geplande werkzaamheden; Jij draagt mede de verantwoordelijkheid voor voortgang, informatievoorziening, kwaliteit, tijd en budget van het verduurzamingsprogramma bij de cirkel vastgoed en diverse andere teams binnen de gemeente;Je onderhoudt contacten met de verschillende stakeholders (zowel intern als extern); Je zorgt mede voor adequate overeenkomsten/contracten; Je draagt de onderhoudsstrategie voor de nieuwe situatie over aan de beheercollega's; Je draagt jouw kennis graag over aan collega?s en adviseert gevraagd en ongevraagd.Je gaat zelfstandig werken voor de afdeling RBL (Realisatie en Beheer Leefomgeving) van de gemeente Waalwijk (ca. 75 personen). Dat ga je doen binnen het cluster projecten en in nauwe samenwerking met de cirkel vastgoed (6 personen).
