Wat ga je doen? De projectleider verkiezingen is verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren van de gemeenteraadsverkiezingen op 18 maart 2026 in de Noordoostpolder en een eerdere verkiezingen indien daar aanleiding voor is. Daarnaast is hij/zij verantwoordelijk voor het meenemen en eventueel trainen/opleiden van het kernteam verkiezingen waar nodig. Dit betrokken en gedreven kernteam heeft de afgelopen 2 verkiezingen georganiseerd met een andere projectleider en wil in de toekomst in staat zijn om, bij voorkeur met een interne projectleider, zelfstandig verkiezingen te organiseren. Dit houdt in dat van de projectleider verwacht wordt dat hij/zij zijn/haar ervaring deelt met het kernteam en in staat is samen het draaiboek te actualiseren en te herschrijven waar nodig. Dit draaiboek moet het kernteam helpen en meer houvast geven bij het organiseren van toekomstige verkiezingen (na 2026).
