Om onze teamcapaciteit tijdelijk te versterken en aanvullende expertise toe te voegen, zoeken wij een Projectleider (ver)nieuwbouw theater De Lievekamp: In Oss is het theatergebouw De Lievekamp na bijna zestig jaar aan vervanging toe. In 2021 is een haalbaarheidsstudie gedaan in de gebiedsontwikkeling Raadhuislaan Zuid. Onderdeel daarvan was de nieuwbouw van De Lievekamp en Centrum voor de kunsten Muzelinck. Tijdens de haalbaarheidsstudie kwam de kans voorbij om het Zuiderstrandtheater in Den Haag te hergebruiken voor de (ver)nieuwbouw van De Lievekamp. Dit past in de ambities als Global Goals gemeente Oss. In samenwerking met De Lievekamp, eigenaar van het gebouw, is de afgelopen jaren gewerkt aan de voorbereiding van realisatie van het meest circulaire theater en kunstgebouw ooit. De gemeenteraad heeft op 26 mei 2025 ingestemd met het vervolgen van het project. Voor de realisatie van dit project zijn wij op zoek naar een projectleider. Van belang; er is een voorkeurs kandidaat in beeld. Dit neemt natuurlijk niet weg dat deze opdracht gewoon openstaat. Alle inschrijvers, inclusief ZZP?ers, worden in overweging genomen. Indien een opdracht aan een ZZP?er wordt gegund, zullen de afspraken worden gemaakt in overeenstemming met de wet DBA.
