De gemeente Midden-Groningen zoekt op korte termijn een Projectleider voor de implementatie van software voor een Financieel Systeem organisatiebreed. Toelichting opdrachtD e implementatie van een nieuwe financieel systeem, waarmee optimale ondersteuning van de medewerkers van de gemeente Midden-Groningen mogelijk is. Met de implementatie moet de techniek op orde en werkend opgeleverd worden. Nieuwe werkprocessen worden ingericht. Alle benodigde koppelvlakken worden gerealiseerd en medewerkers worden getraind om op de nieuwe manier te gaan werken. Binnen bovengenoemd project moeten daarom de volgende zaken opgeleverd worden: ? Een uitgewerkt projectplan in overleg met de gemeente Midden-Groningen en de softwareleverancier; ? Het technisch en organisatorisch implementeren van de nieuwe software, inclusief benodigde koppelingen; ? Het op locatie (laten) opleiden van de eindgebruikers, functioneel applicatiebeheerders en kern-gebruikers; ? Medewerkers worden na implementatie ? extra ? begeleid in het werken met de nieuwe applicatie. De projectleider: ? Is verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van het nieuwe financieel systeem. ? Is verantwoordelijk voor een goede, werkende, tijdige en door de organisatie geaccepteerde oplevering binnen het afgesproken budget, tijd en eisen/specificaties; ? Stelt , in overleg met de leverancier, een gedetailleerd projectplan op (incl. migratieplan, opleidingsplan, communicatieplan), en leidt de projectgroep van de implementatie; ? Stuurt op de voortgang van het project, rapporteert aan de opdrachtgevers en escaleert zonodig; ? Zorgt voor de benodigde afstemming met de teams, de adviseurs informatiemanagement, de functioneel applicatiebeheerder, de kerngebruikers en de externe leveranciers; ? Zorgt voor communicatie over het project naar de lijnorganisatie en voor afstemming met de lijnorganisatie over functionele vragen.
