Projectleider leerwerktrajecten gezocht voor de pijler projecten van Werkcentrum Noordoost-Brabant met een doenersmentaliteit. Inleiding Werkcentrum Noordoost-Brabant is er voor iedereen met vragen over werk. Als spil tussen beleid en uitvoering brengt het team projecten van het Werkcentrum gemeenten, werkgevers, onderwijsinstellingen en maatschappelijke partners samen. Dankzij deze verbindende rol is het Werkcentrum in staat om regionale projecten te initi?ren en uit te voeren die gericht zijn op activering en duurzame arbeidsparticipatie. Het projectenteam van WCNOB vervult hierbij een centrale functie: het verbindt de vraag van werkgevers met de mogelijkheden en talenten van werkzoekenden, en zorgt ervoor dat niemand tussen wal en schip valt. Op verzoek, maar ook op eigen initiatief, onderzoekt het Werkcentrum de haalbaarheid van nieuwe projecten. Daarmee worden hiaten in de regionale arbeidsmarkt opgevuld ? of het nu gaat om werkgevers die extra ondersteuning nodig hebben, gemeenten die regionaal willen samenwerken, of kandidaten die een extra steuntje in de rug vragen. De Human Capital Agenda vormt een leidraad bij de ontwikkeling van projecten in de regio. In samenwerking met de partners in de regio ontwikkelt, co?rdineert en borgt het Werkcentrum activerings- en werkprojecten voor kwetsbare doelgroepen . Waar mogelijk worden projecten na verloop van tijd overgedragen aan ??n of meerdere partners, zodat deze duurzaam kunnen worden ingebed in de reguliere werkwijze. In specifieke gevallen blijft het Werkcentrum de co?rdinatie voeren, om zo de regionale inzet en continu?teit te kunnen waarborgen. Voor het team projecten zijn wij op zoek naar een projectleider. De projectleider richt zich op het aansturen van het team projecten en het verbinden van partners. Daarnaast heeft de projecteider ook de rol van regionaal verbinder statushouders. Taken van de projectleider zijn onder andere: Het aansturen van ca. 5 collega?s die onderdeel zijn van het team projecten. Bevorderen van duurzame arbeidsparticipatie van statushoudersVersterken van regionale samenwerking en het opzetten van gezamenlijke initiatieven / innovatieve projectenRapporteren over voortgang en resultatenFaciliteren van kennisuitwisseling en best practices De aan te stellen projectleider maakt deel uit van het managementteam Werkcentrum Noordoost-Brabant. Hij/zij rapporteert aan de netwerkmanager van Werkcentrum Noordoost-Brabant.
