Op deze uitvraag kunnen geen zelfstandigen worden voorgesteldWij zijn op zoek naar een projectleider revitalisering winkelcentra die een revitaliseringstraject gaat starten voor ??n of meerdere winkelcentra binnen haar grondgebied. Doel van dit traject is te komen tot een concreet, haalbaar en breed gedragen revitaliseringsplan dat bijdraagt aan een toekomstbestendige, economisch vitale en aantrekkelijke winkelomgeving. Voor de begeleiding en regie van dit traject zoeken we een ervaren projectleider revitalisering winkelcentra. Doel van de opdrachtDe projectleider is verantwoordelijk voor de procesregie en inhoudelijke co?rdinatie van het revitaliseringstraject. Het doel van de opdracht is: Het opstellen van een gedragen en uitvoerbaar revitaliseringsplan. Het organiseren van interne en externe afstemming. Het voorbereiden van eventuele subsidieaanvragen. Het voorbereiden van bestuurlijke besluitvorming. Het opstellen van een intern projectplan voor de vervolgfase (uitvoering).
