Als projectleider houd je overzicht op de verschillende projecten op het gebied van Wonen en Zorg. Naast het bewaken van je planning en leiden van het project breng je vakinhoudelijk jouw kennis in. Je hebt een goed ontwikkeld analytisch vermogen en de creativiteit om soms complexe vraagstukken en tegenstrijdige belangen te verenigen tot passende oplossingen. Jij bent verantwoordelijk, pro-actief en verbindend. Met de andere Projectleiders en Beleidsadviseurs werk je samen aan de ruimtelijke ontwikkeling van de stad, deel je jouw kennis en leg je verbindingen met andere relevante ontwikkelingen binnen Den Helder. Je houdt daarbij de belangen van andere partijen zoals bedrijven en bewoners in het vizier. Bovendien informeer en adviseer je de wethouder over de voortgang in jouw project en ben je tevens aanspreekpunt voor de betreffende portefeuillehouder. Verder, Je voert zelfstandig uiteenlopende projecten uit rondom vastgoed en ruimtelijke ontwikkeling vanuit de gemeente; Je schat inhoudelijke procesmatige risico?s in en escaleert waar nodig; Je houdt rekening met bestuurlijke en politieke verhoudingen; Je schakelt de kennis van je projectteam in; Je hebt interactie met bewoners en bedrijven; Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een participatieproces dat passend is voor het project en de omgeving.
