Als Projectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor realisatie van jouw eigen projecten en opgaven. Een bijzondere opgave is de ontwikkeling van Willem Alexanderhof. Een nog verder te ontwikkelen woonwijk in Julianadorp. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en de realisatie van de verschillende fases in dit project en adviseert het college.Daarbij stel jij zelf je team samen, betrek jij je collega?s en stuur jij functioneel collega[1]vakspecialisten aan, waarmee je gezamenlijk het projectdoel bereikt. Jij bent verantwoordelijk, pro-actief en neemt het voortouw in de samenwerking met stedenbouwkundigen, landschapsarchitecten, verkeerskundigen, technisch beheerders, accountmanagers, enz.Met de andere projectmanagers en Beleidsadviseurs werk je samen aan de ruimtelijke ontwikkeling van de stad, deel je jouw kennis en leg je verbindingen met andere relevante ontwikkelingen binnen Den Helder. Je houdt daarbij de belangen van andere partijen zoals bedrijven en bewoners in het vizier. Bovendien informeer en adviseer je de wethouder over de voortgang in jouw project en ben je tevens aanspreekpunt voor de betreffende portefeuillehouder.Concreet ga je aan de slag met:De planologische uitrol van het plan
