Waterschap Noorderzijlvest zorgt in een groot deel van Groningen, in Noord- en Midden-Drenthe en in een stukje Friesland voor veilig leven met water, schoon water, gezuiverd water en voldoende water in elk seizoen. Voor onze 300 medewerkers gaat een gezonde en toekomstbestendige leef-, woon- en werkomgeving van de circa 383.000 inwoners in ons gebied boven alles. Dit vraagt om gedreven professionals die uitblinken in hun eigen vakgebied en passie. Als organisatie werkt het Waterschap Noorderzijlvest volledig zaakgericht en heeft daarnaast digitale duurzaamheid hoog in het vaandel staan. Hierin zijn we toe aan een volgende stap en daarom willen wij graag een zaaksysteem die past bij onze digitale ontwikkeling als organisatie. Inmiddels is het nieuwe zaaksysteem nagenoeg gereed voor gebruik. In verband met het einde van de contracttermijn van de projectleider zoeken we voor de resterende en aanvullende werkzaamheden t.b.v. de migratie en de implementatie van het nieuwe zaaksysteem een projectleider voor 24 uur per week die zorgdraagt voor de organisatie en uitvoering hiervan. De opdrachtDe opdracht voor de projectleider omvat het gebruiksklaar opleveren van het nieuwe zaaksysteem, het uitfaseren van het oude zaaksysteem, . Er kunnen nog inrichtingsvraagstukken opkomen en hier zal een duidelijk advies voor moeten worden aangeleverd aan de opdrachtgever om de juiste beslissingen te kunnen nemen. Uitgangspunt bij dit alles is dat voldaan wordt aan de vigerende wet- en regelgeving en de documenten in het huidige zaaksysteem veilig gesteld worden.ResultaatgebiedenDraagt zorg voor de livegang conform het uitvoeringsplan ;Stuurt de projectorganisatie, de diverse werkgroepen en de betrokken leveranciers aan; ?Cre?ert draagvlak voor de gekozen oplossing;Legt verantwoording af aan de stuurgroep en rapporteert structureel over de voortgang; ?Begeleidt de implementatie conform het nazorgplan, draagt zorg voor de voortgang en overdracht naar de beheerorganisatie; Benoemt/specificeert de onderdelen van de doorontwikkelfase;Adviseert de opdrachtgever gevraagd en ongevraagd.
