In 2018 samengevoegd uit Hoogezand-Sappemeer, Slochteren en Menterwolde. Een gemeente met grote kwaliteiten, maar ook met uitdagingen. Denk aan sociale achterstanden, armoede en aardbevingsproblematiek. Gemeente Midden-Groningen heeft een stevige en serieuze ambitie: een gemeente zijn waar iedereen heel goed kan wonen, leven, ondernemen en werken. Samen met bewoners, bedrijven en organisaties wil ze initiatieven ondersteunen en zaken mogelijk maken waardoor de gemeente een mooie plek is om te wonen, te werken of te bezoeken. Door als organisatie dicht bij de mensen te staan en te werken volgens het principe: vertrouwen, verantwoordelijkheid en vrijheid.Het team Projecten en Grondzaken zoekt:Een senior en een medior projectleider voor het centrumplan Muntendam.We vragen verschillende tarieven. Voor de senior een maximumtarief van ? 145,- per uur en voor de medior een maximumtarief van ? 110,- per uur. Een zittende leverancier heeft op het gebied van dienstverlening c.q. leveringen mogelijk meer kennis van de aanbestedende dienst dan zijn concurrenten. Daarmee heeft de zittende leverancier bij het inschrijven op de aanbesteding van deze opdracht een voorsprong op de concurrentie.
