Vanwege de jaarlijkse vervangingsopgave van kapitaalgoederen in de openbare ruimte, de uitvoering van het mobiliteitsplan en de omvangrijke woningbouwontwikkelingen, neemt de vraag naar projectleiderscapaciteit (voor civiele- en cultuurtechnische projecten) toe. Om deze capaciteit structureel te borgen, wil de gemeente Land van Cuijk raamovereenkomsten afsluiten met ??n of meerdere bureaus voor de inzet van ervaren Projectleiders Openbare Ruimte. Er zullen maximaal 3 partijen worden geselecteerd voor het raamcontract. Binnen het team Vastgoed, Grondzaken en Civiele Projecten zoeken wij Projectleiders Openbare Ruimte die zelfstandig en resultaatgericht uiteenlopende projecten in de openbare ruimte kunnen aansturen. De opdrachten beslaan het volledige traject van planvorming, participatie en contractvorming tot en met de realisatie. Het betreft onder andere gebiedsontwikkelingen, herinrichtingsprojecten en groot onderhoud, waarbij klimaatadaptatie een integraal onderdeel vormt.
