Opdrachtgever wil optimale ondersteuning op het gebied van projectmanagement ten behoeve van de uitbreiding van het Merletcollege.
Er wordt gewerkt vanuit een projectteam waarbij de ontwerpende partijen naast elkaar staan. De Projectmanager draagt zorg voor het managen van de processen. De school en de Projectmanager huisvesting van OMO nemen tevens zitting in het projectteam. Hierdoor is het projectmanagement goed in staat om de processen te sturen en te bewaken. Boven dit projectteam wordt een stuurgroep geformeerd waarbij ook het schoolbestuur en de school vertegenwoordigd zijn.
