Het contract met de ingeschreven ZZP-er wordt verzorgd door Haert B.V.. Het bureau verklaart met inschrijving van een beschikbare kandidaat dat deze kandidaat geen ZZP-er is. De gemeente Veldhoven maakt deel uit van de Brainportregio Eindhoven. Deze regio gaat de komende tijd hard groeien. Dat noemen we in de regio: de Schaalsprong. Dit betekent dat er meer ruimte nodig is voor wonen, werken, recre?ren, sporten etc. Bij de gemeente Veldhoven ga je aan de slag als projectmanager waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor diverse grote complexe projecten op het gebied van woningbouw, bedrijventerreinen, maatschappelijk vastgoed en infrastructuur. De projecten dragen eraan bij om de groei van Veldhoven en de regio succesvol te maken. Samen met andere projectmanagers, projectleiders, projectondersteuners, directievoeders en toezichthouders vorm je het team Projecten en werken jullie nauw samen met allerlei collega?s uit de organisatie. - Je gaat aan de slag met vooral complexe projecten waarbij je als projectmanager integraal verantwoordelijk bent voor het succes, maar ook voor het succesvol voorbereiden en uitvoeren van deze projecten; - Jouw focus ligt op de uitvoering van de projectopdracht, het opzetten, organiseren van en leiding geven aan multidisciplinaire projectteams; - Je houdt korte lijnen met je ambtelijk opdrachtgever en je bestuurlijk opdrachtgever; - Je draagt zorg voor het managen van de risico?s van het project , de verwachtingen van de omgeving en van afspraken met opdrachtgever, projectteamleden en met externe partners. - Je stuurt op de voortgang van jouw projecten, bent aanspreekpunt en klankbord voor (deel)projectleiders en leden van het projectteam, en biedt daarnaast coaching en begeleiding aan collega?s.?
