Doel van deze opdracht is het realiseren van een stevig fundament waarop duurzame uitvoering mogelijk is. Dit bestaat uit de volgende kerntaken op het gebied van toezicht, beleidsontwikkeling en contractmanagement binnen de Wmo en Jeugdwet. ResultaatverantwoordelijkhedenBinnen deze opdracht draag je zorg voor: Zelfstandig uitvoering kunnen geven aan de rol van Toezichthouder Wmo en Jeugd; Implementatieplan opstellen en uitvoering geven aan dit plan; Draagvlak cre?ren binnen de organisatie en meewerken aan de voorbereiding van de Open House-aanbesteding 2026 m.b.t. toezicht; Stakeholders inventariseren en betrekken om een gedragen visie te krijgen; De functie van Toezichthouder Wmo en Jeugd inrichten; Begeleiden van de Toezichthouder; De (uitvoerings)processen inrichten om de uitvoering mogelijk te maken. WerkzaamhedenDe werkzaamheden binnen deze opdracht bestaan onder andere uit: Het opleiden en begeleiden van een interne toezichthouder Wmo en Jeugdwet; Het ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding van de Open House-aanbesteding 2026; Het doorontwikkelen van beleidsregels en verordeningen binnen de Wmo en Jeugdwet; Het uitvoeren van rechtmatigheidsonderzoeken en gerichte themacontroles; Overige werkzaamheden die in overleg worden bepaald, voor zover passend binnen het sociaal domein.
