Als Projectondersteuner werk je mee aan het realiseren van integrale projecten in de openbare ruimte van de gemeente Land van Cuijk. Vari?rend van de aanleg van nieuwe woonwijken tot reconstructies van de bestaande openbare ruimte. Jij bent de rechterhand van ??n of meerdere projectleiders openbare ruimte en bent hierbij een onmisbare schakel bij de realisatie van onze mooie projecten in de openbare ruimte. Jij draagt daarbij zorg voor het agendabeheer en plant de overleggen, bewonersavonden en inloopmomenten en regelt de bijbehorende faciliteiten. Je notuleert bij belangrijke overleggen met derden en ondersteunt de projectleiders bij het opstellen, samenvoegen en versturen van bewonersbrieven en bijeenkomsten. Daarnaast ondersteun je de projectleiders actief binnen projecten; Je onderhoudt, beheert en bewaakt de projectdossier, projectplanning en documentatie. Daarbij zorg je voor compleetheid, juistheid en tijdigheid van de documentenstroom van de projecten.
