Original language: PolishPrzedmiotem zamówienia jest robota budowlana polegająca na wykonaniu projektu i przebudowy pomieszczeń szpitala na potrzeby ambulatoryjnej opieki specjalistycznej oraz pomieszczeń administracyjnych Zakładu Radiodiagnostyki i Radiologii Zabiegowej (Zadanie nr 1) oraz projektu i przebudowy pomieszczeń szpitala na potrzeby komórek administracyjnych (Zadanie nr 2). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w Programie Funkcjonalno-Użytkowym (dalej zwanym PFU) stanowiącym odpowiednio załącznik nr 7.1 oraz 7.2 do specyfikacji warunków zamówienia (dalej w treści: SWZ).
