Durch Beschluss vom 09.05.2022 hat der Stadtrat der Stadt Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler die Marketing GmbH beauftragt, den Wiederaufbau des Kurparks nach der Flutkatastrophe von Juli 2021 zu steuern. Die Projekte rund um den Kurpark Bad Neuenahr - bestehend aus der Kurparkrandbebauung inkl. Stadtbibliothek und Touristen-Information, der Kurparkterrasse inkl. Heilwasserausstellung und dem Kurpark werden mit folgenden Systemen ausgestattet: 1. Kassen- und Kontrollsystem 2. Warenwirtschaftssystem 3. Zutrittskontrollsystem Die Systeme arbeiten bauteil- und zonenübergreifend. Die einzelnen Bereiche sind über ein bauseitiges LWL- und Cat- Netzwerk und Daten-Switch"e vernetzt. Die Stromversorung für die erforderlichen Komponenten erfolgt bauseits zu den in der technischen Beschreibung benannten Punkten. Im Bereich Eventticketing, Gästegarten (Kurkarten) und Bibliothek arbeitet der Endkunde mit externen Anbietern zusammen. Diese Systeme sind in die Kassen-, Kontroll- und Warenwirtschaftssysteme und das Zutrittskontrollsystem zu integrieren. Durch den Bieter ist ein Pflichtenheft zu erstellen, welches mit dem Nutzer abzustimmen ist und die Anforderungen das Nutzers berücksichtigt.
