Swedavia bygger framtidens flygplatser genom att leda, driva och genomföra investeringsprojekt som utvecklar Swedavias anläggningstillgångar vilket omfattar byggnader, mark och anläggningar, flygplatstekniska system samt REABs investeringar. REAB söker nu en Projektingsledare som ska driva projekteringen samt vara BAS-P för projekt Athena på Malmö Airport. Projektet innebär uppförande av helikopterhangar och kontorsytor åt svensk myndighet i anslutning till airside. Uppdraget innebär att vara Projekteringsledare samt BAS-P fram tills att projektering av systemhandling är färdigställd, därefter finns en option för resten av projekteringen samt BAS-P genom hela projektet. Uppdraget önskas påbörjas under september 2026 med målsättning om startdatum 15 september. Uppdraget (projekteringsskedet) beräknas därefter att pågå i ca 1,5år. Uppdragets uppskattade omfattning är 10-50%. I uppdraget ingår att under hela projektet vid behov kunna närvara på flygplatsen och vi uppskattar att man kommer behöva vara på plats ca 50% av arbetstiden.
