Projektna dokumentacija zajema naslednje faze: - DPP (projektna dokumentacija za pridobitev projektnih in drugih pogojev) - DGD (projektna dokumentacija za pridobitev mnenj in gradbenega dovoljenja) - PZI (projekt za izvedbo gradnje, s popisom gradbeno obrtniških in instalacijskih del ter projektantsko oceno (PZI) z vsemi potrebnimi načrti, prikazi, elaborati) - PID (projektna dokumentacija izvedenih del) - projektantski nadzor za čas gradnje, ki zajema tudi sodelovanje na operativnih sestankih investitorja, izvajalca in strokovnega nadzora in pri tehničnem pregledu.
