Predmetom verejného obstarávania je vysúťaženie generálneho projektanta pre vypracovanie projektovej dokumentácie v stupni dokumentácia pre realizáciu stavby pre zákazku „Žilina-Vrútky-Martin, úsek Strečno-Lipovec, Vrútky, Vrútky-Martin, mimo cestného telesa I/18 (cyklodopravná trasa), etapa Nezbudská Lúčka -Lipovec“ Predmetom tejto zákazky je spracovať dokumentáciu na realizáciu stavby v zmysle už vypracovanej dokumentácie na územné rozhodnutie a stavebné povolenie (DÚR+DSP). V súčasnosti chýbajúci úsek cyklotrasy medzi obcami Strečno, Nezbudská Lúčka a Lipovec, najmä preklenutie zložitého úseku cez Domašínsky meander a NPR Krivé sa následne začlení do Vážskej cyklotrasy s plánovaným pokračovaním smerom na Tatry, čím vznikne doteraz chýbajúca ucelená kostra slovenskej cyklodopravy s prepojením medzinárodných cyklomagistrál EUROVELO č. 11 a 13. Cyklotrasa je navrhnutá v DÚR+DSP mimo existujúcej štátnej cesty I/18, kde technické predpisy, intenzita dopravy a priestorové možnosti nedovoľujú súčasné využitie pre účely cyklistickej dopravy. Trasa je navrhnutá tak, aby sa zabránilo úrovňovému križovaniu so železničnou traťou, diaľnicou a cestami I. II. a III. triedy.
