Design documentation for building permit and execution (DSP + DRS) and engineering activities for the construction: “Váh cycling route, section Liptovský Mikuláš – Liptovská Porúbka”

The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a general designer to prepare the design documentation at the stage of documentation for the building permit, documentation for the execution of the construction, and engineering activities for the contract: Design documentation for building permit and execution (DSP + DRS) and engineering activities for the construction: “Váh cycling route, section Liptovský Mikuláš – Liptovská Porúbka”. The subject of this stage is to prepare the documentation for the building permit and the execution of the construction in accordance with the already prepared documentation for the spatial decision (DÚR) and the issued legally binding spatial decision. The currently missing section of the cycling route between the towns of Liptovský Mikuláš and Liptovská Hádok will subsequently be integrated into the Váh cycling route with a planned continuation to the east. The cycling route is designed in the DÚR outside the existing state road I/18, where technical regulations, traffic intensity, and spatial possibilities do not allow for its current use for cycling purposes. The route is designed to avoid at-grade intersections with the railway line and roads of class I and II. The design documentation will be divided into 5 sections: Section 1, Liptovský Mikuláš (connection to road III/2337) – Uhorská Ves (Malá vodná elektráreň), Section 2, Uhorská Ves (Malá vodná elektráreň) – Podtureň (connection before the football field), Section 3, Podtureň (connection before the football field) – Podtureň (existing footbridge over the Váh near Borová Sihotć), Section 4, Podtureň (existing footbridge over the Váh near Borová Sihotć) – Liptovský Hádok (existing footbridge over the Váh to Liptovská Porúbka), Section 5, Liptovský Hádok (existing footbridge over the Váh to Liptovská Porúbka) – Liptovská Porúbka (connection to road III/2341). The route begins with a connection near road III/2337 in the cadastral territory of Okoličné at the end of the planned section of the Váh cycling route by the town of Liptovský Mikuláš, leads past the lakes in the cadastral territory of Beňadikova on the right bank of the Váh in the direction of flow up to the confluence of the Belá River and the Váh River. After the new bridge over the Belá River, the route continues on the right bank of the Váh up to the existing bridge over the Váh on road III/2341, where the route ends in the cadastral territory of Liptovská Porúbka. The length of the entire route, or all 5 sections, is approximately 9.3 km. The route is designed along existing local roads, dirt roads, or existing grassy areas. The cycling route considers a width of 3.0 m (exceptionally in narrow sections, it can be narrowed to the minimum width in accordance with relevant standards, technical conditions, and regulations).
