Przedmiot Zamówienia obejmuje kompleksowe wykonanie pod klucz robót budowlanych i elektrycznych, wykonania niezbędnych prac projektowych oraz dostaw w zakresie niezbędnym do realizacji Przedsięwzięcia inwestycyjnego polegającego na budowie magazynów energii elektrycznej (dalej: MME) wraz z wyprowadzeniem tras kablowych, niezbędną infrastrukturą i instalacjami, systemami towarzyszącymi oraz podłączenia do istniejących stacji elektroenergetycznych 15/08 kV. Magazyny będą współpracowały z już funkcjonującymi instalacjami PV Jastrowie I na dz. nr 2260/2 oraz PV Jastrowie II na dz. nr 2235. Zakres Projektu przewiduje budowę magazynu energii elektrycznej ME Jastrowie I i magazynu energii Jastrowie II o sumarycznej mocy 13 416,00 kW i pojemności 26 832,00 kWh. W skład Instalacji będą składać się z: Zadanie I - ME Jastrowie I – 2 szt. jednostek magazynujących o mocy znamionowej 2 236,00 kW i pojemności 4 472 kWh każda, zintegrowanych z istniejącą farmą fotowoltaiczną Jastrowie I, o mocy 3,00 MW. Magazyn energii zostanie przyłączony do istniejącej kontenerowej stacji transformatorowej. Zadanie II - ME Jastrowie II – 4 szt. jednostek magazynujących o mocy znamionowej 2 236,00 kW i pojemności 4 472 kWh każda, zintegrowanych z istniejącą farmą fotowoltaiczną Jastrowie II, o mocy 8,00 MW. Magazyn będzie funkcjonować jako instalacja hybrydowa, gdyż zgodnie w uzyskanymi warunkami przyłączeniowymi może on pobierać energię elektryczną również z sieci. Magazyn będzie przyłączony do istniejących stacji transformatorowych SN/nN Master i Slave. Projektowane systemy magazynowania energii Jastrowie I i Jastrowie II zostaną rozmieszczone na terenie wewnętrznym farm PV – bezpośrednio w sąsiedztwie istniejących stacji transformatorowych. Budowa MEE współfinansowana jest z unijnego systemu handlu uprawnieniami do emisji (Funduszu Modernizacyjnego) na podstawie Umowy nr 473/2025/Wn15/OA-EO-FM/D o dofinansowanie realizacji inwestycji ze środków NFOŚiGW zgromadzonym na rachunku Funduszu Modernizacyjnego formie dotacji. Zamawiający zobowiązany jest do wykazania Efektu rzeczowego oraz Efektu ekologicznego Inwestycji dla całość zamierzenia.
