Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa realizacja zadania pn.: „Projektowanie, dostawa i budowa pod klucz instalacji fotowoltaicznej pn. PV Lubno III o mocy zainstalowanej do 48 MW”. Przedmiot Zamówienia obejmuje kompleksowe wykonanie pod klucz robót budowlanych i elektrycznych oraz niezbędnych prac projektowych w zakresie budowy i dostawy instalacji fotowoltaicznej pn. PV Lubno III o mocy zainstalowanej do 48 MW wraz ze stacją GPO, zgodnie z PFU, z wyłączeniem dostawy paneli fotowoltaicznych oraz falowników. Dostawa paneli fotowoltaicznych i falowników zostanie zrealizowana jako dostawa inwestorska, rozmieszczenie oraz instalacja pozostaje w zakresie zadań Wykonawcy. Realizacja Przedmiotu Umowy obejmuje wykonanie wszelkich zadań, zobowiązań wynikających z umów, decyzji, porozumień, uzgodnień, pozwoleń oraz warunków niezbędnych do uruchomienia Instalacji Fotowoltaicznej, a także przeprowadzenia wszelkich przewidzianych wymaganiami Zamawiającego, producentów Paneli Fotowoltaicznych i Operatora Systemu Dystrybucyjnego, przepisów Prawa Właściwego i Norm, odbiorów i prób wraz z uzyskaniem dla przedsięwzięcia brakujących Pozwoleń, Pozwolenia na Użytkowanie i przekazanie Instalacji Fotowoltaicznej do komercyjnej eksploatacji zgodnie z PFU, HRF, oraz Umową. Szczegółowy zakres prac zawiera PFU oraz projekt Umowy. Projekt jest dofinansowany w ramach umowy pożyczki nr NR KE26-02843 ze środków Krajowego Planu Odbudowy i Zwiększania Odporności w ramach inwestycji G3.1.4. „Wsparcie krajowego systemu energetycznego (Fundusz Wsparcia Energetyki)” w ramach komponentu G (RePowerEU).
