Original language: GermanDie DB InfraGO AG plant die Erneuerung der Festen Fahrbahn auf den Strecken 6107 und 6185. Die Investitionssumme für dieses Projekt wird mit EUR ca. 560 Mio. veranschlagt. Hiervon sind bereits ca. EUR 30 Mio. über einen bestehenden Vertrag abgerechnet worden. Der hier neu ausgeschriebene Versicherungsvertrag wird den bestehenden Vertrag ablösen. Es wird mit einer derzeit geplanten Bauzeit bis zum 31.12.2027 gerechnet. Der Versicherungsvertrag beginnt nach Beendigung des Ausschreibungsverfahrens mit dem Datum des Zuschlages im Anschluss an eine derzeit bestehende Vorlaufdeckung. (Typ M) In der Haftpflichtversicherung beträgt die Deckungssumme je Schadenfall EUR 25.000.000 pauschal für Personen-, Sach- und Vermögensschäden, einschließlich der Leistungen aus der Umwelthaftpflichtversicherung. In der Planungshaftpflichtversicherung steht eine separate Deckungssumme je Schadenfall von EUR 10.000.000 pauschal für Sach- und Vermögensschäden zur Verfügung. Die vorgenannten Summen sind dreifach maximiert. Die Extendend Maintenance im Teil Bauleistungs- und Montageversicherung beträgt 42 Monate. Die Nachhaftung beträgt in der Haftpflichtversicherung 10 Jahre, in der Umwelthaftpflicht- und Umweltschadenversicherung 5 Jahre. Der generelle Selbstbehalt beträgt mindestens EUR 25.000. Für Personenschäden entfällt der Selbstbehalt. In einer erweiterten Planungsdeckung beträgt der Selbstbehalt EUR 100.000
