Description
Marché de construction en entreprise totale pour la phase d’exécution (travaux + services liés à la réalisation de la construction), soit les phases 41 à 53 selon SIA 112, aussi appelé « entreprise totale d’exécution » sur la base du permis de construire en force et qui sera joint au contrat. Le marché peut être assumé par une entreprise générale ou un consortium d'entreprises avec désignation d'une entreprise pilote. Le contrat sera à montant plafonné et à livre ouvert avec partage des économies (30% entreprise totale et 70% Maître de l'ouvrage). Il est imposé l'utilisation du bois local selon les quantitatifs et les types de bois annoncés dans le dossier d'appel d'offres.
Le projet de base rectangulaire comprend trois niveaux hors-terre et un niveau semi-enterré. Le rez-de-chaussée inférieur en relation directe avec la place des Portalottes accueillera une cuisine professionnelle. Le rez-de-chaussée supérieur sera dédié à la crèche, avec un accès à terrasse. Les élèves de 1 à 3H de l’accueil extrascolaire seront au 1er étage tandis que les élèves de 4 à 8H seront au 2ème étage. Un réfectoire servira aux repas et pourra également être utilisé comme salle pour les sociétés en dehors des heures d’ouvertures.
