Description
Dans le cadre du projet de modernisation de la ligne m2 du métro de Lausanne, plusieurs modifications substantielles sont prévues sur les installations fixes et sur le matériel roulant existant. Celles-ci incluent notamment la rénovation des installations électriques et l’intégration d’un nouveau système d’automatisme de conduite (CBTC). Par ailleurs, une augmentation de la capacité de la ligne est envisagée, impliquant des ajustements techniques et opérationnels et l’acquisition de nouveau matériel roulant. Le présent appel d’offres porte sur les prestations d’expert en installations de sécurité. Celui-ci doit réaliser une expertise technique indépendante des installations de sécurité et des applications télématiques directement liées à la sécurité et à la fiabilité de l’exploitation) pour les domaines suivants : Sécurité, Cybersécurité, Aptitude au service (fiabilité, disponibilité, maintenabilité, etc.) si celle-ci influe sur la sécurité ou la cybersécurité, Sûreté (au sens de protection contre les actions humaines volontaires) si celle-ci influe sur la sécurité ou la cybersécurité. Le présent mandat comprend une tranche ferme libérée à la signature du contrat et une tranche optionnelle qui sera libérée selon les besoins du mandant.
