Le présent marché porte sur les prestations d’ingénieur électricien dans le cadre du projet d’agrandissement et de transformation de l’EMS Pré de la Tour à Pully.
Le projet a déjà fait l’objet d’études jusqu’à la fin de la phase SIA 33 achevée à l’exception de l’intégration des charges au permis et la remise du cahier de projet définitif. La phase SIA 41 a déjà été lancée, les plans ont été établis, mais elle doit encore être complétée et consolidée afin d'aboutir à la remise du cahier de projet définitif. Dans ce contexte, le mandataire devra reprendre un projet en cours, analyser les documents existants, puis assurer la poursuite des prestations d’ingénierie électrique jusqu’à la mise en service des installations.
